Job Description:
As a Service Technician at AVTEL, you will play a key role in the installation, repair, and maintenance of integrated security systems, including Access Control and CCTV. You will be responsible for performing site installations, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). In addition, you will assist with small projects and collaborate closely with our engineering team to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
■ Deliver on Installation & Maintenance
・Install, repair, and maintain integrated security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and related technologies.
・Conduct diagnostic assessments of technical issues and implement effective solutions.

■ Deliver Project Support
・Assist with site surveys and contribute to pricing preparation for customer projects.
・Support small-scale project work as required, ensuring tasks are completed to specification.

■ Ensure Compliance & Safety
・Adhere to company procedures, safety protocols, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all installations and maintenance activities.

■ Drive Continuous Improvement through Collaboration
・Work closely with the technical team to resolve issues and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Working Hours:
Flextime with core hours from 10:00 to 15:00

Requirements:

【Experience】
■ Minimum 3 years of experience in installing and maintaining integrated security systems.

【Technical Skills】
■ Hands-on experience with Access Control, CCTV, and security technologies.
■ Proficiency in troubleshooting and basic IT networking; CAD experience is a plus.

【Communication Skills】
■ Strong customer service and communication skills.
■ Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English; fluency in both is a plus.

【Flexibility & Reliability】
■ Willingness to work outside standard hours when required.

Language Requirements:
English Level: Daily Conversation (TOEIC 475–730)
Japanese Level: Business Level (JLPT N2 or above)

Compensation:
JPY 3,000,000 – JPY 4,500,000 per year
