Role Summary

The Solutions Sales Manager drives new customer sales opportunities, delivers high-level presentations, collaborates with partners, maintains sales pipelines, and supports client implementation, ensuring long-term relationships and successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities
  • Deliver high-level presentations and demos of Navagis solutions
  • Collaborate with partners to generate leads in key markets
  • Maintain updated forecasts, sales pipeline, and revenue
  • Perform ongoing lead generation to sustain a healthy pipeline
  • Share technical and management insights for client relationship building
  • Support implementation communication with project managers
  • Coordinate with technical teams to present solutions
  • Monitor project implementations and build successful track records
  • Understand client goals and challenges and help meet them
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Act as primary liaison for high-value deals and escalations
  • Implement go-to-market strategies and sales processes for fast growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years enterprise-level technology or software sales experience
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs
  • Experience with long sales cycles (6+ months) and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business-level English (TOEIC 735–860)
  • Native Japanese proficiency
  • Based in or near Tokyo
