Role Summary

We are hiring a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager for the Eco Style Kobe Sannomiya Store. The role involves customer service, sales, store operations, staff management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Common Duties:

• Customer service and sales
• Product display, inventory management, store cleaning
• Enhancing customer satisfaction, including purchase appraisals

Store Manager / Candidate:

• Overall store management and sales target achievement
• Staff management and evaluation
• Sales planning and execution

Assistant Store Manager:

• Support store manager in daily operations
• Staff instruction and task management
• Assist in sales reporting

Products: Clothing, brand-name goods, jewelry, luxury watches, precious metals

Working Hours

• 9:30–18:30 (8 hours/day)
• Break: 60 minutes
• Overtime: Yes

Holidays & Leave

• 9 days off per month (shift system)
• 10+ paid days per year (after 6 months)
• 110 days off/year

Requirements

• Japanese fluency (JLPT N1)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience

Salary & Compensation

• Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥5,000,000
• Monthly Salary: ¥210,000 – ¥300,000
• Salary increase available
• Bonus: 3 times/year (July, December, March)
• Overtime paid per minute
