Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analog circuit design: simulation, prototyping, and evaluation to improve precision and noise resistance
  • Digital circuit design: enable high-speed data communication and logic analysis
  • Software design: embedded systems, UI, cloud, and communication software development
  • Mechanism/housing design: product usability, safety, and durability
  • Team-based development of advanced electrical measuring instruments

Requirements

  • Graduates between April 2022 – March 2027 (all departments)
  • English: Business level (TOEIC 735–860)
  • Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1)

Working Hours

  • 8:30 – 17:15 (7h 40m/day), 65-minute break
  • Flextime, remote work, staggered/reduced hours available
  • Monthly average overtime: 13.4 hours
  • Trial period: 3 months

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: ¥4,500,000 – ¥5,500,000
  • Bonuses: June, December, February
  • Salary increase: annually in July
