International Planning and Operations Staff (Snow Season & Tourism Projects)

The company is committed to revitalizing the Aizu and Inawashiro regions and promoting these destinations internationally by collaborating with foreign staff.
Role Summary
The International Planning & Operations Staff manages planning and operational tasks across multiple facilities, mainly during the snow season. Acts as a bridge between foreign and Japanese staff, providing translation, operational management, recruitment, and global marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and management of foreign staff
- Staff operation management across facilities
- Domestic and international sales, marketing, and promotion
- Translation and interpretation for foreign visitors and staff
- Collaboration with Japanese staff and overseas partners
- Global perspective planning and innovation
- Promote internationalization among Japanese employees
Green Season Experience Examples:
- Golf course store and front desk operations
- Strawberry farm management
- BBQ setup, sales, and promotion
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Native-level
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred:
- Valid driver’s license (or international equivalent)
- PR/publicity experience (B2B/B2C, domestic/international)
- Ski instructor license
Working Hours
- 8:00 – 17:00 (1-hour break)
Salary & Benefits
- Annual Income: ¥4,000,000 – ¥6,000,000 (based on experience and skills)
- Bonus included, overtime allowance provided
