Job Description

As a Web Producer / Project Manager, you will oversee entire projects—from identifying client issues to planning, proposing web solutions, managing production, and supporting operations. Responsibilities include client interviews and negotiations, coordinating internal teams, selecting partner companies, and leading projects to success. This role requires strategic planning, budget management, goal-oriented execution, and delivering results with a management-oriented mindset.

Application Requirements

• Experience in web planning, production, and operation
• Client negotiation, proposal, and consulting experience
• Project management and leadership skills
• Business/organizational consulting experience
• Japanese proficiency: Fluent (JLPT N1 or equivalent)

Compensation

• Annual Salary: ¥3,500,000 – ¥5,000,000
• Monthly Salary Example: From ¥325,500
  • Basic: ¥248,000
  • Fixed Overtime (40 hours): ¥77,500–¥148,500
  • Additional pay for overtime exceeding fixed hours

Holidays

• Two days off per week (Sat, Sun, national holidays)
• Paid leave: 10–20 days/year (after 6 months)
• Annual Holiday Total: 123 days
• Includes Golden Week, summer break, year-end holidays, special leave, maternity/childcare leave (100% used by men and women)
