Job Description
Infosys seeks an experienced HR Lead to manage the full employee lifecycle for Japan-based employees. This role covers HR operations, development, compensation & benefits, compliance, and government relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding: Plan and implement local onboarding, induction, and buddy programs, including graduates
Employee Engagement: Build local communication models, manage events, and execute feedback-based engagement strategies
Employee Development: Lead development, promotion, and training aligned with business outcomes
Compensation & Benefits: Customize policy proposals for the region; manage compensation review and bonus programs
