Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Specialist to join systemsGo’s financial accounting team. This IT consulting company serves multinational corporations across 9 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, offering an international work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Monthly and year-end settlement support (IFRS, JGAAP)
General ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliation
Sub-ledger accounting (AR: monitor collection and reconciliation; AP: vendor bills and payments)
Expense settlement (Concur): audit and maintenance
Bank reconciliations and weekly cash flow reporting
Year-end closing, corporate and consumption tax filings support
Payroll coordination with HR
Support Finance Manager and Assistant Accountant
Performance and cost management reporting and analysis
Operational forecasting with Finance Manager
Other ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
Mandatory:
University degree or higher
3+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
Intermediate English (TOEIC 730+)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
Experience in corporate and consumption tax filing
