Job Description
The New Product Development Specialist / Marketing Strategy Officer analyzes consumer needs, customer expectations, and market competition to guide new product development and strategic planning. Ensures effective portfolio and lifecycle management across segments, channels, and audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish business intelligence functions to gather and interpret market and competitive data
Generate insights to support strategic initiatives and new product planning
Partner with the Activation team to execute product launches, including timelines, merchandising, promotional campaigns, advertising, product training, marketing materials, catalogs, and trade promotions
Monitor product line performance, assess actual sales and profit outcomes, and implement corrective strategies
Support overall business strategies and strategic planning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in product development
Preferred background in marketing, activation, or consumer research
Proficient in sales operating systems such as SAP or similar platforms
