Job Description
Human Resocia Co., Ltd. is hiring talented Software Engineers for Full-Stack, Back-End, or Mobile App Development. Engineers will be matched to projects that suit their skills.
Projects Include:
Web applications using Java, C#, PHP, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, Vue
Mobile apps using Java, Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Unity
Experience in web or mobile app development (academic projects accepted)
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Ability to create documentation in Japanese
Language Requirements:
English: Business level (TOEIC 735–860)
Japanese: Daily conversation level (JLPT N4 or equivalent; certification not required)
Working Hours:
Standard: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary by project location)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary based on experience; new graduates start at ¥3,000,000/year
Annual salary system with yearly review
Overtime pay: 125%, Holiday work pay: 135%
3-month trial period (no change in pay/benefits)
