Job Description
As a Student Success Manager at Crimson Education Japan, you will support students in their academic and extracurricular goals through personalized guidance and client relationship management. You will coordinate services across internal teams, ensure student satisfaction and goal attainment, and contribute to continuous service improvement in a dynamic EdTech environment.

Fluent in Japanese and English
Experience in customer success or account management

Working Hours
9:00–18:00
