Role Summary
We are seeking Buyer Staff for our Osaka – Shinsaibashi store. Responsibilities include item appraisal, inventory management, social media operations, and customer service. No prior experience is required; training and OJT support are provided. Ideal for those passionate about fashion and interested in international business.
Sales & Customer Service: Provide tailored recommendations and service
SNS Management: Operate Instagram, TikTok; analyze trends and algorithms
Store Management: Display arrangement, layout optimization, inventory management
Brands Handled
Chrome Hearts, Supreme, Nike, Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga, Goro’s, Gucci, and more
Working Hours
11:00–21:00 (8 hours/day)
Requirements
Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1)
English: Business level (TOEIC 735–860)
Chinese: Optional/preferred
Must hold a valid work visa in Japan

Salary & Benefits
Annual Income: ¥3,000,000–¥4,000,000
Monthly Salary: From ¥246,100 (Base ¥192,400)
Includes 30-hour fixed overtime (¥43,700) + shift allowance ¥10,000
No reduction if OT <30 hrs; extra hours paid separately
Performance Bonuses: Twice a year (June, Dec)
Annual Raise: May
Commuting Allowance: Up to ¥35,000/month
