Role Summary

The Logistics Specialist will handle domestic shipping and import/export operations, supporting the Logistics Leader to ensure smooth operations and participate in various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic shipping, export, and import from overseas Allnex
• Communicate with external forwarders, warehouses, airlines, shipping companies, and internal departments
• Consolidate shipments balancing customer needs and cost
• Record issues in SAP and follow up on import problems
• Investigate and implement corrective measures for customer complaints
• Participate in meetings and training
• Implement filing and recordkeeping according to regulations, including IATA, DOT, IMDG
• Ensure compliance with Allnex’s health, safety, and environmental policies
• Instruct logistics companies on safe work practices

Working Hours & Holidays

• Two days off per week

Salary & Benefits

• Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥5,000,000

Requirements

• 3–5 years of supply chain, logistics, or customer service experience
• English: Business-level (reading and writing)
• Japanese: Native-level
• Customer-focused, proactive, and excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Logistics qualification or equivalent experience
