To support the rapid expansion of the mobile business, the company is strengthening its HR Operations team, especially in payroll and benefits administration.
This position differs from a traditional operational role—it offers leadership opportunities to improve and modernize existing HR processes.
You will participate in project-based work and may lead projects directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll processing (including resident tax & year-end adjustment)
- Social insurance procedures (in cooperation with a labor & social insurance attorney)
- Handling and managing personal ID numbers
- Responding to employee inquiries
- Vendor management
- General HR administrative tasks
- Improve internal HR support and service delivery as automation increases

Requirements
Required:
- Payroll calculation & social insurance experience (in SME in-house HR or social labor office)
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
Preferred:
- Ability to read English documents
- Finance, tax, or accounting experience
- Labor-related certifications (e.g., social insurance labor consultant)
Language Requirements
- English: Business conversation (TOEIC 735–860)
- Japanese: Native level
