To support the rapid expansion of the mobile business, the company is strengthening its HR Operations team, especially in payroll and benefits administration.
This position differs from a traditional operational role—it offers leadership opportunities to improve and modernize existing HR processes.
You will participate in project-based work and may lead projects directly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll processing (including resident tax & year-end adjustment)
  • Social insurance procedures (in cooperation with a labor & social insurance attorney)
  • Handling and managing personal ID numbers
  • Responding to employee inquiries
  • Vendor management
  • General HR administrative tasks
  • Improve internal HR support and service delivery as automation increases

Requirements

Required:

  • Payroll calculation & social insurance experience (in SME in-house HR or social labor office)
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)

Preferred:

  • Ability to read English documents
  • Finance, tax, or accounting experience
  • Labor-related certifications (e.g., social insurance labor consultant)

Language Requirements

  • English: Business conversation (TOEIC 735–860)
  • Japanese: Native level
