Job Description

Join NativeCamp.Edtech in Cebu to operate and improve our online English conversation service. Participate in instructor recruitment, training, customer support, marketing, material development, member counseling, and new content proposals. Your initiatives will directly impact customers and overall service quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Instructor recruitment, training, and management
  • Customer support (email & phone)
  • Marketing
  • Educational material development
  • Member counseling

Requirements:

  • Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Daily English conversation (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent)
  • At least one of the preferred skills below

Preferred:

  • Online English service operations experience
  • Instructor recruitment/training/management experience
  • Customer support experience
  • Web marketing (B2C)
  • English material creation
  • Overseas work experience
