Job Description
Genedata is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Global Digital Marketing Manager (Basel, Switzerland) and the Marketing Manager (Tokyo, Japan). The role includes maintaining the company’s digital presence in Japan, optimizing website and campaign performance, supporting analytics, and reporting. You will also contribute to new growth strategies and handle some administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Optimize website and campaign performance
- Support marketing analytics and reporting
- Coordinate with global and local marketing teams
- Brainstorm and implement growth strategies
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (TOEIC 865+) and Japanese (JLPT N1 or Level 1)
- Experience in digital marketing campaign planning and execution
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and web optimization
- Excellent analytical skills for marketing performance and customer experience
- Ability to coordinate with global and local teams
- Interest in life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology industries
Working Hours
- Part-time (75%) on-site at the Tokyo office
Compensation
- JPY 3,000,000 – JPY 5,000,000 annually
