Job Description

HR Business Partners (HRBPs) implement talent initiatives aligned with business objectives and provide advice to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve employee engagement through networking, core value penetration, and career development support
• Advise and support workforce planning
• Plan and support recruitment activities, monitor onboarding, conduct interviews and consultations
• Enhance employee competencies and support development via collaboration with Talent Development teams
• Lead and manage HR initiatives, including performance evaluations
• Plan and manage leadership dialogues and business strategy communication programs
• Respond fairly and promptly to employee complaints

Requirements

• Experience in two or more HR functional areas
• Knowledge and experience of Japanese labor laws
• Ability to learn, plan, and execute new initiatives
• English proficiency and native-level Japanese to engage with business leaders
• Compliance with laws, regulations, and confidentiality obligations

Language Requirements:

• English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735–860)
• Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1)

Working Hours: Full-time (details discussed during interview)
