Job Description
HR Business Partners (HRBPs) implement talent initiatives aligned with business objectives and provide advice to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve employee engagement through networking, core value penetration, and career development support
- Advise and support workforce planning
- Plan and support recruitment activities, monitor onboarding, conduct interviews and consultations
- Enhance employee competencies and support development via collaboration with Talent Development teams
- Lead and manage HR initiatives, including performance evaluations
- Plan and manage leadership dialogues and business strategy communication programs
- Respond fairly and promptly to employee complaints

Requirements
- Experience in two or more HR functional areas
- Knowledge and experience of Japanese labor laws
- Ability to learn, plan, and execute new initiatives
- English proficiency and native-level Japanese to engage with business leaders
- Compliance with laws, regulations, and confidentiality obligations
Language Requirements:
- English: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735–860)
- Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1)
Working Hours: Full-time (details discussed during interview)
