Job Description

Hinode Labo Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to lead large-scale system development projects. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking software company focused on leadership, innovation, and flexible work.

Responsibilities:

• Define project strategy and system implementation roadmaps
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Manage progress, risks, and problem-solving
• Lead architecture design and technology selection
• Manage development teams and enhance team productivity
• Coordinate with partner companies for successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Experience managing large-scale systems and stakeholder coordination
• Skills in architecture design and technology selection
• Familiarity with business domains like accounting, HR, logistics, etc.
• IT consulting or programming experience (5+ years)
• Japanese (native level) and basic English communication skills

Working Hours:

• Flextime with core hours 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM JST
• Flexible start/end times

Work Style:

• Remote-friendly, optional access to Tokyo and Osaka offices

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: JPY 6,000,000 – 9,000,000 (monthly JPY 500K – 750K)
• Includes fixed overtime (40 hrs) and transport allowance up to JPY 30,000
• No fixed annual bonus (may vary with performance)
• Full social insurance, visa support, transportation coverage
• Remote work options (international time diff. up to 3 hours allowed)
• Rent subsidy (Singapore only), babysitter subsidy (Japan only)

Contract Type: Full-time permanent (initial 6-month contract)
