Job Description

Vishay Polytech Co., Ltd., part of the global Vishay Group, manufactures high-quality capacitors under the Vishay Tantalum Division. We are seeking an experienced Production & Quality Control Manager to oversee operations, maintain quality standards, and support global production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production processes according to plans and optimize workflow
  • Lead and develop operator teams and supervisors
  • Maintain and improve equipment efficiency, safety, and quality
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement
  • Control material procurement and reduce operational costs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, 3+ years in managerial role
  • Business-level English preferred
  • ISO9001, 14001, 45001 experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with QC tools, 5S, and statistics
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license (AT acceptable)
  • Advanced degree or R&D experience a plus

Working Hours:

  • 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (45-minute break)
  • Average overtime: ~20 hours/month

Compensation:

  • Annual: ¥5,000,000 – ¥7,000,000
  • Monthly: ¥355,000 – ¥500,000 + bonuses twice a year
  • 3-month trial period (no change in benefits)
