Role Summary

We are seeking an Early Childhood & English Instructor to teach preschool (ages 0–6) and elementary (grades 1–6) classes, with additional English classes for ages 0–12. This role is ideal for candidates who love children, want to utilize their parenting experience, or have strong English skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach preschool and elementary classes
  • Conduct English lessons for children ages 0–12
  • Use English in lessons where appropriate
  • Support early childhood development and early English education
  • Participate in school events and collaborative activities
  • Grow professionally through structured training programs

Requirements

Required

  • Cheerful, child-loving personality
  • Japanese proficiency: JLPT N1
  • Ability to work full-time
  • No prior parenting experience required

Preferred

  • English proficiency
  • Interest in early childhood development
  • Experience with children (optional)

Compensation

  • Annual salary: ¥2,500,000 – ¥3,500,000
  • Includes training programs, salary increases, and transportation allowance
