WitOne supports game developers and publishers with localization, customer service, and event planning. Handling 200+ titles annually with 40–50 partner companies, we work across mobile, console, and PC games.
Role Summary
We are looking for Game Translators & Localization Specialists to handle Japanese ⇔ English / Traditional Chinese / Simplified Chinese / Korean / Arabic / Brazilian Portuguese translations, proofreading, and project support.

Requirements
Required
- Native-level English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Arabic, or Brazilian Portuguese
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Currently residing in Japan
Preferred
- Business-level English
- JLPT N1
- Experience with translation tools
- Interpreter experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ¥208,000 – ¥256,000
- Annual income: ¥2,496,000 – ¥3,072,000 (based on experience & ability)
- Allowances: night work, overtime (per minute), secondment ¥20,000/month
- Evaluation: twice a year

Working Hours
- 10:00 – 19:00 (minimal overtime ~10 hours/month)
