Job Description

JustCo, Asia Pacific’s leading flexible workspace provider, is seeking an Administration / Reception Secretary to support centre operations and deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and visitors. This role is based in a modern, stylish coworking environment originating from Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members, visitors, and guests; manage check-ins and provide tours of the centre
• Respond to enquiries via reception, email, and phone
• Support move-in and move-out processes, including studio setup and recovery tasks
• Maintain smooth daily operations of the centre (opening/closing, cleaning coordination, pantry/meeting room setup, space management)
• Perform administrative tasks to support centre operations
• Assist with community events and member engagement initiatives

Requirements

• 2–3 years of customer service or hospitality experience
• Conversational English ability
• Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and service-oriented personality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for networking and interacting with members

Working Hours

• 8:30 – 18:00 (Full-Time)

Compensation

• Annual salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥5,000,000

Holidays

• 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, national holidays)
• Paid leave (from the 16th day onward)
