Job Description
You will provide bilingual (English/Japanese) IT technical support at the client’s site, including help desk operations, PC setup, troubleshooting, and communication with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide user support in English and Japanese
- PC setup, kitting, installation, and delivery
- On-site support for global help desk issues
- Remote support for sales staff
- Hands & Eyes on-site tasks (servers, communication devices)
- Translate IT user guides (EN⇄JP)
- First-line desktop support and ticket escalation
Common Inquiry Types
- Software issues (business applications, MS365)
- Remote meeting system issues
- PC replacement and setup problems

Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (8 hours/day)
- Overtime: approx. 5 hours/month
Requirements
Required:
- 2+ years of IT experience
- Customer service background
- Windows OS and MS Office setup experience
- iOS/Android configuration experience
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/TCP-IP
- Help desk or PC support experience
- Able to support by phone and email in English/Japanese
- No specific education required

Language Requirements
- English: Daily conversation (TOEIC 475–730)
- Japanese: Native level
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: ¥3,500,000 – ¥4,500,000
- Biannual salary review (April/October)
