Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Generate leads and manage sales pipelines
  • Visit clients, conduct research, propose solutions, follow up
  • Conduct internal and external presentations
  • Coordinate with overseas offices
  • Execute marketing activities such as exhibitions and digital campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (required)
  • Preferred: Knowledge of electrical/control systems
  • Motivation to transition from service engineering to sales
  • Interest in using English at work

Language Requirements:

  • English: Daily conversation (TOEIC 475–730)
  • Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1)

Compensation

  • Annual income: ¥4,000,000 – ¥8,000,000
  • Monthly estimate: ¥250,000 – ¥375,000 (Basic: ¥100,000–¥150,000 + Allowances: ¥150,000–¥225,000)
  • Bonus: Twice/year (approx. 4 months total)
  • Salary increase: Yes
  • Overtime allowance included
