Job Description

Work at the regenerative medicine clinic of HELENE BioMed Group, a global leader in stem cell therapy. Handle inquiries from Malaysian customers via email and social media, and act as an interpreter during clinic visits.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries from Malaysia via emails and social media
  • Act as interpreter for Malaysian customers visiting the clinic
  • Support daily operations of the clinic
  • Provide excellent customer service in a global environment

Requirements

Required:

  • University graduate or above
  • Native-level Malay + fluent Japanese (JLPT N1)

Preferred:

  • Experience in Malay⇔Japanese interpretation/translation
  • Customer service experience
  • Fluent in English or Chinese

Language Proficiency:

  • Japanese: Fluent (N1)
  • Malay: Native
  • English: Optional
  • Chinese: Optional

Working Hours

  • 10:00 – 19:00 (8 hours)
  • Break: 60 minutes
  • Overtime: Yes

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: JPY 3,500,000 – 4,500,000
  • Monthly Salary: JPY 280,000 – 310,000
  • Bonuses: Yes
  • Commuting allowance according to company regulations
