Role Summary
As a Digital Marketing & Branding Specialist, you will plan and execute marketing strategies to drive sales, acquire new customers, and enhance brand awareness. You will manage online/offline events, content creation, SNS campaigns, digital ads, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness
- Organize events (30–300 attendees) and create guidebooks and success stories
- Run SNS campaigns, digital ads, copywriting, design, content production, landing pages, and email marketing
- Analyze performance data and optimize strategies both creatively and analytically

Requirements
- Understanding of US/UK university admissions
- Knowledge of Japanese study abroad market and marketing channels
- 1+ year of marketing experience (freelance or full-time)
- Basic knowledge of Google, Facebook, and other digital advertising platforms
- Japanese: Native-level | English: Business-level (TOEIC 860+)

Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5-day onsite workweek
Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥5,000,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Full social insurance and commuting allowance
Holidays
- 2 days off per week (Sat & Sun*)
- National holidays, summer/winter holidays, paid leave
- *Marketing department may work weekends for events (substitute holidays provided)
Contract Type
