Job Description

Humble Bunny is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to strategize, execute, and report on marketing campaigns using SEO, PPC, PR, CRO, content strategy, and web design. You will work with global brands and startups in an open, international environment with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for clients
• Manage SEO, PPC, PR, CRO, content, and web design projects
• Analyze performance and prepare reports
• Collaborate with international teams

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Japanese
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO, content marketing, PPC, analytics)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Based in Tokyo or available for in-person interview

Preferred:

• Creative skills (design, copywriting, photography, video)
• Web design and e-commerce experience
• Project/team management experience
• Client relations experience

Working Hours

• Flextime (Core hours: 11:00–16:00)
