Responsibilities

• Perform regular equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Manage new project implementations
• Introduce and install new products
• Provide proactive customer service to expand offerings in electrification and hydrogen technologies

Working Hours

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Comfortable working in English-speaking environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in machinery maintenance
• Motivated to communicate in English and engage with international clients
• Study abroad or business English experience a plus

Ideal Candidate:

• Willing to take on new challenges regardless of prior experience

Language Requirements:

• English: Business conversation (TOEIC 735–860)
• Japanese: Native level
• Italian: Not required

Compensation

• Annual income: ¥4,000,000 – ¥6,000,000
• Commuting allowance: Up to ¥20,000/month (for distance > 2 km)
• Housing allowance: Up to ¥40,000/month
• Social insurance: Health, pension, employment, workmen’s compensation
• Retirement allowance: Available
• Retirement age: 65 (re-employment possible)
• Qualification support: Training at Italian HQ, OJT

Holidays

• Two days off per week (Sat, Sun, national holidays)
