Account Manager, Japan Foodservice
You will be responsible for building client relationships, providing value-added insights, and driving revenue within assigned accounts. You will also influence business decisions for leading foodservice brands and support cross-functional teams.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Educational background in Business, Economics, or Marketing
- 5+ years of client service, account management, or client development experience in market research, data consulting, or market insight roles
- Experience with Food or Foodservice industry manufacturers or retailers preferred
- Competent in analyzing quantitative data and providing actionable insights
- Strong networking, prospecting, and executive selling skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships at all levels of client organization
- Strong communicator internally and externally
- Fluent in English
- Expert in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Skills
- Experience preparing marketing research findings for all levels of decision makers
- Experience generating strategic business insights and client recommendations

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and present marketing research findings, incorporating industry and client knowledge
- Provide actionable recommendations to client teams
- Develop strategic insights on clients’ most important business issues
- Understand client organization dynamics and penetrate accounts to identify NPD applications
- Grow incremental business, set sales goals, and retention plans
- Increase account revenue and identify new business opportunities
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Handle contract negotiations to achieve/exceed revenue objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams for business success
- Support database production and generate client deliverables
