Job Description

With the opening of the Osaka store in July 2024, you will not only manage the Osaka store but also work as a sales representative for the Kansai region.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Osaka store team
• Provide support and consulting for business members (agents) in Kansai
• Serve as a speaker at lectures and seminars
• Communicate with overseas offices (including business trips)
• Create seminar and presentation materials

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
(Approx. 20 hours of overtime per month)

Requirements

Required

• Native-level Japanese
• Business-level English
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills

Preferred

• Hospitality mindset
• Interest in supplements and skincare
• Seminar/public speaking experience
• Leadership ambition in Kansai and Japan

Compensation

Annual Salary: From 6 million JPY and above

• Includes 20-hour fixed overtime
• Salary based on experience and skills
• Bonuses after full-time promotion
