Job Overview

Manage the full project lifecycle for the launch and campaigns of major Chinese games in Japan. Work with clients, influencers, and internal/external teams including Hong Kong base. Career growth potential into marketing planner or global project leader roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client negotiation & requirements clarification
  • Campaign planning & execution
  • Internal & external collaboration (including Hong Kong base)
  • Schedule, KPI design, reporting
  • Lead coordination with influencers and media

Working Hours

  • 10:00–19:00 (8h work + 1h break), flextime system (core 10:00–14:00)

Requirements

  • Native Chinese, fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
  • Game experience with major Chinese companies (Tencent, NetEase)
  • Multi-stakeholder project management skills

Preferred:

  • Marketing/advertising experience
  • Project management in gaming
  • Localization / influencer marketing knowledge

Salary & Benefits

  • Annual income: ¥4,500,000–¥5,500,000 + incentives
  • Monthly salary from ¥345,000+ (includes 35h fixed overtime + 10h night shift)
  • Bonuses once per year (performance-based)
  • Salary revision twice a year
