Job Description
Reception and secretarial work for foreign-affiliated service offices:
- Handle reception duties: visitors, conference room reservations, mail, parcels
- Telephone support: reception, forwarding, message handling
- Secretarial duties: business support, arrangements
- PC administration: data entry, document creation
- Guide conference room reservations, serve tea, clean up
- Community event management and social media support
- Support contract renewals and receive potential incentives
Requirements
Required:
- TOEIC 700 or above (guideline)
- College/junior college/university graduate
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Administrative experience
Preferred:
- Customer service experience (hotel front desk, airport ground staff, receptionist, secretary, telephone operator)
Language Skills:
- English: Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475–730)
- Japanese: Native Level
Working Hours
- 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break, 8 working hours)
Compensation
- Monthly salary: ¥260,000 + incentive
- Annual salary: From ¥3,500,000
- Salary increase: Once a year (January), performance-based
- Performance bonus: Once or twice a year
