Job Description

Responsible for managing after-school English immersion programs at Kids UP schools. Tasks include:

• Communicating with parents, staff, and children
• Recruiting new students
• Managing finances and performance
• Leading and supporting staff
• Emphasis on building a fun, English-speaking learning environment

Contract Period:

• Full-time employee
• 3-month trial period as contract employee

Requirements

• No experience required
• High school graduate or above
• Fresh graduates and second-time job seekers welcome
• Preferable: experience in education, customer service, management, or English schools
• Basic PC skills
• Japanese: Fluent (N1 level)
• English: Not required

Working Hours

• Variable working hours system
• Typical hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week average)
• Minimal overtime (~10 hours/month)

Compensation

• School Manager: ¥240,000–¥450,000/month + bonuses (twice a year), transportation allowance, other allowances, annual raise
• Assistant School Manager: ¥229,000–¥285,000/month + bonuses, transportation allowance, other allowances, annual raise
• Annual salary: ¥3.4M–¥6.75M
