Full-time Security Manager Candidate position at a newly constructed foreign-affiliated data center located in Inzai City, Chiba.
The role involves supervising security staff, managing facility access, and ensuring safety within a high-tech environment.

Job Description

As a Security Manager Candidate, you will manage daily security operations, interact with clients in English, and ensure compliance with manuals and rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Visitor reception and issuing access IC cards
• Patrol inside and outside the facility
• CCTV monitoring and lost-and-found management
• Gate security and suspicious activity prevention
• Incident reporting to foreign clients (English required)
• Other related operational duties

Requirements

• Must be 18+ (in accordance with Article 14 of the Security Services Act)
• Daily conversational English (must list on application)
• Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
• High school graduate or above
• Able to understand Japanese/English manuals
• Able to respond assertively to uncooperative individuals
• Interest in high-tech environments
• Rule-abiding and detail-oriented personality
• Desire to build a stable career in a growing industry using English skills

Working Hours

• Day Shift: 08:00–20:00 (10 hrs + 2 hr break)
• Night Shift: 20:00–08:00 (10 hrs + 2 hr break)
• Workdays: 4–5 days/week (approx. 20 shifts/month)
• Holidays: Shift system

Compensation

• Annual Salary: JPY 5,000,000 – 7,000,000
• Monthly Salary: JPY 460,000 – 590,000 (based on 20 shifts)

Qualification Allowance

  • Certified Fire Safety Technician

Legal Training

• 3 days / 20 hours
• JPY 23,400 + transportation reimbursement

Interview Transportation

• Flat 2,000 JPY transportation reimbursement

• Long-term preferred
