Job Description
Full-time Wedding Planner position, no experience or educational background required. Support couples from their first visit through wedding day execution, providing personalized service and event management.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Planning: Listen to first-time visitors, provide venue tours, and support wedding planning and scheduling
- Event Execution Planning: Coordinate wedding details starting six months prior, manage on-the-day operations as captain, supervising all involved staff
- Personalized Customer Service: One planner per couple for deep engagement and personalized service
Requirements
- No experience or educational background required
- Sales or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Attention to detail and perseverance
Working Hours
- Variable working hours system (monthly average 168 hours, 6–12 hours/day)
- Store Hours: Weekdays 11:00–19:00, Weekends & Holidays 10:00–20:00
- Overtime: Yes, approx. 20–30 hours/month during peak seasons
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: ¥250,000–¥385,000
- Estimated Annual Income: ¥3,125,000–¥5,005,000
- Includes base, fixed overtime (~44 hrs), position allowance
- Bonuses twice/year (Feb, Aug), Raise once/year (Mar)
- Social insurance, transportation allowance (up to ¥30,000), family and childcare support
Examples:
- ¥4M/year: 3 years experience, age 26, Planner
- ¥6M/year: 5 years experience, age 30, General Manager
