Key Responsibilities
Handle merchant applications and screening
Respond to service inquiries
Collaborate with partner companies
Utilize internal systems to process requests
Work with foreign team members, leveraging language skills
Requirements
Basic business-level PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred: EC site or inventory management experience
Customer service/support experience
Experience communicating with customers via phone or email
English skills
Detail-oriented, steady worker
Working Hours
Flextime, 8-hour shift
Core time: 10:00–15:00 Japan time
Remote work possible; trial period mainly in-office
Compensation
Annual Salary: JPY 4,000,000 – 7,000,000
Salary increase based on annual performance
