Job Description
Oversee and coordinate all store activities to ensure smooth operations, achieve sales objectives, and maintain high standards in customer service, team management, and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all store activities
Manage store budget by monitoring sales, expenses, and revenue
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain CRM database for customer segmentation
Promote brand awareness and excellence in retail sales
Manage operational processes and product lifecycle, maintain inventory records, and place replenishment orders
