Architect / Civil Engineer – Full-Time Employee

Human Resocia currently employs over 400 engineers from 40+ countries. You will work on client projects at general contractors, design offices, and construction consultants, handling CAD/BIM/CIM operations related to architectural and civil engineering. Projects are assigned based on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D drawings (plan, elevation, sectional views)
• 3D model creation
• Drawing, tabulation, and rendering from models
• Structural analysis using software

Requirements

• Currently living in Japan (due to COVID-19)
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering
• English Level: Minimum communication (TOEIC 225-470)
• Japanese Level: Business level (JLPT N2)

Working Hours

09:00 – 18:00 (may vary by project)

Compensation

• Annual Salary: JPY 2,500,000 – 3,500,000
• Salary revision once a year
• Overtime payment: 125% weekdays / 135% holidays
• 3-month probation period (no change to employment conditions)
