Job Description
JustCo, Asia Pacific’s leading flexible workspace provider, is seeking an Admin / Reception Staff member for its Osaka Umeda centre. This role supports daily centre operations, administrative tasks, and member services within a stylish, modern coworking environment originating from Singapore.
Main Responsibilities
Greet and manage check-in for members, guests, and visitors
Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth centre operation
Assist with community events and member engagement activities
Requirements
2–3 years of customer service experience (hospitality or serviced office preferred)
Conversational English
Friendly, energetic, and professional service attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and well-organized
Capable of both independent work and teamwork
Enjoys communication, networking, and interacting with members
Language Requirements
English: Daily conversation (TOEIC 475–730)
Japanese: Native level
Working Hours
5 days per week (Full-Time)
Compensation
Annual salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥5,000,000
